RecruitEase Pro. reserves the right to change or revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time by posting any changes or a revised Agreement on this Website. RecruitEase Pro will alert you that changes or revisions have been made by indicating the date it was last revised at the top of this Agreement. The changed or revised Agreement will be effective immediately after it is posted. Your continued use of the Website or Services following such posting will constitute your acceptance of any changes.

If you do not agree to this Agreement (including any referenced policies or guidelines), please immediately terminate your use of the Website and Services.

I. PRODUCTS/SERVICES
Terms of Offer

This Website offers for sale and subscription access to AI-powered ATS ("Products" or "Services"). By placing an order or subscribing to these Services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Customer Solicitation

Unless you notify RecruitEase Pro. (via written request or through unsubscribe links) If you desire to opt out, you agree to receive further communications, product updates, and solicitations from the Company.

Opt-Out Procedure

We provide three easy ways to opt out of future communications:

  • Use the unsubscribe link found in any email communication.

Proprietary Rights

Sales Tax

VII. AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND

VIII. GENERAL
Force Majeure

RecruitEase Pro shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control (natural disasters, wars, strikes, internet outages, etc.).

Cessation of Operation

We may suspend or discontinue the Website or Services at any time without prior notice.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and RecruitEase Pro

Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of rights.

Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. The Courts of Mohali, Punjab (or update as per registered office jurisdiction) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

You waive any right to pursue claims as part of a class or collective action.

Limitation

Any claims must be brought within one (1) year of the alleged cause of action.

Termination

We may terminate your access at our discretion if you violate this Agreement.

Refunds & Cancellations

Subscription fees are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to paid features, and stored data may be deleted at our discretion.

Injunctive Relief

In case of breach, RecruitEase Pro shall be entitled to injunctive relief.

International Use

We make no representation that Services are appropriate outside India. Users accessing from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Assignment

You can't transfer this agreement to someone else, but RecruitEase Pro can transfer it to another party without telling you.

IX. DATA ARCHIVING POLICY

Recruitease Pro may archive or delete records (such as candidate profiles, hiring reports, and activity logs) that are older than 12 months, unless required for compliance or under a valid subscription. Archived records may lose access to attached files, playback, or proctoring data.
